Doing business with KYS
KYS wants to make placing orders as convenient as possible. You may order online, phone, fax, or e-mail your order to us. We will be able to ship your order the day it is placed based on existing inventory and if it is received before 3:30 PM if it is called or emailed. Web orders will ship in 1-2 days.

Prices and Charges
Usually our suppliers inform us of price increments and we in turn can advise our customers. However, this is not the case all the time. Because of this reason we may have to increase prices without notice. Your order will be invoiced the day we ship and will include charges for shipping. For your added convenience we do accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. Purchaser agrees to reimburse KYS for any sales, excise or other tax levied by any governmental agency, state or local tariff which is acceded against this purchase of goods or merchandise.
Although we hope a return will never have to happen, we do realize wrong items are ordered or errors are made. KYS will exchange, replace or give credit to products returned within 30 days of invoice. The supplies must not have been opened and must be in saleable condition. Charges for shipping would be at your expense unless the error was created by KYS. A return authorization number (RA #) must be obtained before any merchandise is returned.
